Upcoming Locker Auctions
Ace Storage utilizes the Missouri Self Storage Owner’s Association Rental Agreement
and follows the Missouri Lien Laws with regard to delinquent accounts.
When an account is seriously past due and despite our best efforts a particular
customer does not make the payments the Rental Agreement and our Payment Policy
specifies, Ace Storage follows Missouri Statutes to auction the contents of the
locker in order to recover the amount of rent past due.
